KAKINUMA, Hideki

KAKINUMA, Hideki is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior, Faculty of Commerce, Doshisha University. The University is located in Kyoto City, Japan.

His research field encompasses human resource management and organizational behavior. He is now focusing on talent management and employer branding. Additionally, he is interested in working on bibliometric analysis of management research.

He has working experiences in both industrial and academic worlds. In the industrial world, he worked in an HR-related services firm for 2 years. In the academic world, he enrolled several positions such as a Part-time Lecturer at Kyoto University, and as a Visiting Scholar at Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
